<p>Guided mindfulness meditations have been designed specifically for children aged 3-12 years old, offering a path towards a calm, focused, and happy life. These meditations aim to improve children's focus and attention, support their psychological well-being, alleviate anxiety and stress, facilitate the integration of thoughts and emotions, and encourage creativity. In addition, our imaginative and engaging meditation stories and mindfulness tools teach social skills, personal values, and healthy boundaries. Through breathing and relaxation exercises, fun trips to visit adorable animal friends, magical journeys on flying carpets, fantastical visits to castles in the clouds, and even making friends with fairies or blowing big bubbles, we offer a comprehensive experience.</p>

<p>Our meditation stories have been created in collaboration with Mellisa Dormoy, the founder of ShambalaKids school of meditation and mindfulness. As a guided imagery expert and best-selling author, Dormoy brings expertise and depth to these mindful experiences.</p>

<p>Our app offers 5 completely free meditations to get started with. Through just a few minutes of practice each day, children can begin to see the numerous benefits:</p>

<h4>FOCUS (5 meditations)</h4>
